JAREDCHAN'S LEGO CREATION

The Forum was built in collaboration with Ethan Leung. Ethan and I shared a great interest in Ancient Rome and it had been our desire to retell it's story in LEGO form. The project was done in two phases over 2013, with Ethan focusing on research of the historical site and I on the little details of the daily lives of the Romans. The Forum was showcased at Island Place shopping mall in North Point of Hong Kong as well as Legend Bricks Adventure 2013, which was held at City University of Hong Kong in Nov 2013.

Apart from the little details, such as the musical instruments and transportation vehicles, which I was really happy with, I contributed the Basilica Julia, the Rostra and the Temple of Saturn. Andy Hung, LEGO Ambassador of Legend Bricks, prepared the Arch of Septimius Severus.
